The merchandise and packaging must be clean and in new, resalable condition. Returns must have a copy of the sales receipt, all packaging, and the product itself. Returns must be packed inside the original shipping box. If these guidelines are not met, merchandise may be refused and shipped back to the customer or there may be a 30% restocking fee implied at our discretion.
Self-Cut System educational training program kit is well packaged and unopened. Customers can return the product before the 30 days period, starting from the date they received the product.
All Orders are shipped within 24 hours after payment is received. Some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling surcharges due to shipping destination. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during checkout order status. You will be notified by email when your package is been shipped. Domestic items are shipped by FedEx and the normal delivery is 3-5 business days after the item has been shipped. International shipments have additional shipping and handling costs for international customers via FedEx and delivery time is 1-2 weeks.

We accept PayPal and credit cards as our primary source of payments. Sorry, no personal checks or money order at this time. Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped within the State of New York.
